Cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9, connue sous le nom de <em>r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'adh\u00e9rence \u00e0 chaud<\/em>\u2014est essentiel dans les environnements de conditionnement \u00e0 grande vitesse, en particulier <strong>formage-remplissage-scellage (FFS)<\/strong> processus.<\/p><p>Le <strong>m\u00e9thode d'essai de l'adh\u00e9rence \u00e0 chaud<\/strong> simule les conditions r\u00e9elles de soudage en appliquant de la chaleur et une pression contr\u00f4l\u00e9es \u00e0 des films thermoplastiques.<\/p><p>Contrairement aux essais de r\u00e9sistance des joints classiques r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, la norme ASTM F1921 et la m\u00e9thode d'essai de \u00ab hot tack \u00bb \u00e9valuent <strong>int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du joint en temps r\u00e9el sous contrainte thermique<\/strong>, ce qui en fait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour la stabilit\u00e9 de la production et la fiabilit\u00e9 du conditionnement.<\/p><h2>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'essai de l'adh\u00e9rence \u00e0 chaud<\/h2><p>La norme ASTM F1921 permet de d\u00e9terminer la r\u00e9sistance d'un joint thermosoud\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s sa formation.
