GB/T 16578.2 适用于塑料薄膜、薄片,如软聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃、聚酯等,以及纸张、纸板等材料的撕裂度测试。

测试流程

首先,用标准刀具制备规定尺寸的试样,将其置于撕裂度仪的夹具中并夹紧。然后,提升摆锤至规定高度并释放,摆锤下摆撕裂试样,仪器自动记录撕裂过程中的力值和能量消耗等数据。测试应在标准环境条件下进行,通常温度为 23℃±2℃,相对湿度为 50%±5%。

测试结果解读

测试结果通常以力或能量的单位表示,如毫牛(mN)等。数值越大,表明材料的撕裂强度越高。将测试结果与 GB/T 16578.2 标准中规定的指标进行对比,若结果高于标准值,则说明材料的抗撕裂性能良好,符合要求;反之则可能需要对材料或生产工艺进行改进。
